I decided to stitch this pincushion doll after the great success of my “A Christmas Doll Pincushion and Thimble Purse”, designed two years ago. I hope you enjoy this new model as well.
This Pincushion Doll is dedicated to my dearest sister Alfonsina, amazing wife, mother, teacher, magistrate and………. last but not least……. my wonderful friend!

Fabric: 35 ct Etruria Ecrus linen by Manifattura Tessile Sotema(or Cream Northern Cross 35 ct even weave linen by Norden Crafts) 16 ½ x 7 ½ in (42 x 19 cm)

Threads: twelve stranded overdyed Belle Soie silk threads by Crescent Colours: Terra Potta, Harvest, Herb Garden, Sagebrush, Peaches ‘n Cream. One skein each is needed to stitch the pincushion.

Stitches: Cross Stitch, Backstitch
